Add Last month my family walked into Erin Mills Mazda showroom in Mississauga and was blown away by their great customer service. After visits to a couple of Car Dealers and showrooms we casually walked into the show room and were greeted by a team of pleasant sales persons. No one rushed in to pressuring us into looking at any particular car, but they allowed us to walk around and have a feel of each car. We were allowed to test drive the cars of our liking and having understood our budget and what we were looking in a car, we were offered a car at the best possible price with all the accessories that we needed and even more. We were so amazed at the service and there was nothing stopping us from closing the deal. The deal was closed with such perfection. The great customer service did not end there. Two days later when we walked in again to take delivery of the car we were treated as royalty. The sales person in charge of handing over the documents and the keys was exceptionally good. Mr. Ravi Menon and his team, went out of their way to make this car purchase a memorable one. We have never experienced such great customer service in any other service department let alone from a car dealership. We not only fell in love with the Mazda 6 which of course is a great car but also with Erin Mills Mazda. We recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car and wants to enjoy the experience of owning one,to visit Mazda Erin Mills and get their first hand experience of what we are talking about.
